Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please be sure to contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: Before the item as shipped

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Customs or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return and Exchange details:
- If you receive the wrong item(s), an imperfect item, or a damaged item, please feel free to contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with a picture of the item you received including an image of the product barcode if available. If the order arrived imperfect or damaged, please include images of the imperfection or damage. we will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s).
- If an order tracks as delivered, but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Earthz Giftz Collection is not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
